iCon

This project proposes a mixed-use building in Surabaya combining retail, offices, and educational workshop spaces within a single vertical system.

The design is defined by a perforated folded façade that shades the interior, frames the entrance, and gives the building a strong urban identity. A central void organizes circulation and brings light through the structure, while public programs occupy lower levels and more private functions rise above. The result is a compact adaptable building that supports commercial activity, learning, and social interaction in one integrated architectural form.
